Return Policy

At The Fletchery, every arrow is custom-built to your exact specifications. Because of the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on any custom arrow orders.

Please double-check all specifications before placing your order to ensure accuracy. If you have any questions before ordering, we're happy to assist.

Lifetime Welded Guarantee

All arrows from The Fletchery come with our Lifetime Welded Guarantee. We guarantee that your vanes will never come off under normal use. If a vane ever does detach, we’ll stand behind our craftsmanship.

To use this warranty:

Ship the arrow to The Fletchery at your expense.

Once received, we will inspect and repair or replace the vane(s) at no additional cost.

The arrow will be returned to you, fully restored and ready to shoot.

Please note:

This guarantee covers vane adhesion only.

Damaged arrow wraps are not covered under this guarantee.

Damage from misuse, improper storage, or non-fletching-related issues is also not covered.
