1. Custom Orders

All arrows and related products sold by The Fletchery are custom-built to customer specifications. Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded. Please ensure your specifications are correct at the time of purchase.

2. Shipping & Lead Times

Lead times for custom arrows may range from 3–4 weeks depending on order volume and complexity. This estimate is not guaranteed. Customers will be notified when their order ships. All shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges for any reason other than manufacturing defects as outlined in our Lifetime Welded Guarantee.

4. Lifetime Welded Guarantee

We stand behind our work. All arrows are covered under our Lifetime Welded Guarantee, which ensures vanes will never detach under normal use. If a vane does come off:

Customers may return the arrow at their own expense.

We will inspect and re-fletch the vane(s) at no additional cost.

Damaged arrow wraps are not covered under this guarantee.

This warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper storage.

All content on this website, including logos, graphics, product designs, and brand names, is the intellectual property of The Fletchery. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
