At The Fletchery, every arrow is built by hand to your exact specifications. Please review the shipping details below before placing your order.

1. Processing & Lead Times


All custom arrows are made to order. Our standard lead time is 3–4 weeks from the date of purchase, depending on order volume and complexity. This estimate does not include shipping time.


We do our best to stay within this timeframe, but delays may occur due to material availability or high order volume. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is completed and ready to ship.

2. Shipping Methods


We ship orders via reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and selected shipping option.


Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and service selected.


All shipments include tracking.


Expedited shipping may be available at an additional cost.

3. Shipping Costs


Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Customers are also responsible for return shipping in the event of a warranty claim under our Lifetime Welded Guarantee.

4. Domestic Shipping


We currently ship to all U.S. states.

For shipping to APO/FPO or U.S. territories, please contact us before ordering to confirm availability.

5. International Shipping


At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We hope to expand our availability in the future.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments


Once your order leaves our facility, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. The Fletchery is not liable for packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.


If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please:


Contact the carrier directly to file a claim


Notify us so we can assist where possible

7. Address Accuracy


Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
